My outlook on life has become sadly pathetic
All the love and friendship given to me is synthetic
I could stand on a building holding my arms up in a "V"
And their eyes would be too busy and too blind to see
Seems now all the words and promises were lies
I can see this only as my inside slowly withers and dies
Life has always been a two way street with the occasional red light
But for some cruel odd reason I have found myself at a dead end tonight
All I'm looking for is an answer on why all I get is hate
I've come to the conculsion that its my sad lonely fate
I have something that they could only be lucky to contain in their hearts
I have a dream and charisma thats off the charts
I may not be the ideal person with a huge bank account
But I have many good qualities that I can hardly keep count
I guess my body or face could use some work
And being told that over and over has caused me to have no self worth
One say I'll show you, I'll show you all
Even if it takes me to hold you enthral
I will slice your eyelids and force you to see the true me
Because it seems without a little bloodshed your too blind to see
